ZILRETTA® (triamcinolone acetonide extended-release injectable suspension) is an extended-release corticosteroid approved to manage osteoarthritis knee pain. The benefits and risks of repeat injections have not been demonstrated.

ZILRETTA is for people who have osteoarthritis of the knee and need help managing pain. Only a doctor can tell you if ZILRETTA is right for you.

You should not receive a ZILRETTA injection if you are allergic to corticosteroids, triamcinolone acetonide, or any other component of the product. Rare, but serious, allergic reactions have occurred in people with sensitivity to corticosteroids.

In the main clinical trial, ZILRETTA significantly reduced knee pain for 3 months. What’s more, about 70% of the people had zero to mild knee pain 3 months after treatment.

Find a Doctor

You should contact a doctor if your knee pain is causing you any problems getting through your day or night. They wouldn’t want you to suffer, and could tell you what treatment options may be right for you.

Don’t wait longer than you should. Listen to your body. Schedule an appointment with your doctor to discuss your options. They may have busy schedules, and it could take time to get an appointment—better to call sooner rather than later so that you can get help when you need it.

Find a Doctor

Treatment for osteoarthritis knee pain is not only for special occasions or upcoming events. Its purpose is to provide pain relief. Don’t wait to ask for help—the time to treat your pain is when it hurts!

Most patients will have insurance coverage for ZILRETTA. If you have Medicare Part B coverage, ZILRETTA is covered. Ask your doctor to check with your insurance company to determine your estimated out-of-pocket cost for ZILRETTA.
